Abstract
Frequency Selective Surfaces (FSS) are a solution to the problem of radiofrequency (RF) signal transmission through solar control glasses in the automotive industry. However, the attenuation of these signals depends on the incidence angle of the electromagnetic waves in the multilayer structures as the windows used in railways. A theoretical study has been carried out and compared with experimental measurements of commercial windows.
