Abstract
The TID response of Microchip 28 nm PolarFire ® SoC SONOS-based FPGA is characterized using gamma ray. The Single-Event response of PolarFire ® SoC is characterized using heavy ion and 64 MeV proton. The SONOS configuration cell is SEU immune and the TID exceeds 100krad (SiO2) due to the SONOS technology and the design of the configuration cell of PolarFire ® SoC FPGA.
