Abstract
We present a photonic-assisted multi-spectral THz imaging approach employing ultra-broadband modified UTC photodiodes (MUTC-PDs), wideband dielectric rod waveguide (DRW) antennas, and THz Schottky barrier diode (SBD) envelope detectors. The MUTC-PDs connected to the DRW antennas enable multi-spectral imaging from 60 GHz to above 300 GHz. For experimental validation, a standard USAF resolution target is utilized as a device under test, proving a resolution power of $\lambda$/2 is achieved at 300 GHz.
