Abstract
This issue of IEEE Vehicular Technology Magazine includes our first invited paper. In the next issues, we plan to publish a series of invited papers on selected topics of high interest that should drive and become a reference for the community. The invited papers will provide a vision on the evolution, open challenges, and trends for technologies of high-expected impact.
