Abstract
We demonstrate a technique to compensate the differential group delay in a Polarization Splitter Rotator element. An extra waveguide length has been added in the TM-TE arm to mitigate the delay at the receiver. Experiments show that 5.2 ps delay posed by one Polarization Splitter Rotator is reduced to
