Abstract
In the trauma of the extensor muscles tendons it is necessary to respect the application methodology and carefully choose the recovery methods that will contribute to regaining the functionality of the hand taking into account the degree of the injury, the location, the patient's age, comorbidity and prevention of complications. The basis of the extensor tendons injuries recovery is represented by the active type joints mobilizations of the injured hand. Following the processing of the data obtained at the initial, intermediate and final assessments of pain, deficiency, functionality, dexterity, ADLs, quality of life, favorable developments were observed in all patients and insignificant differences were observed between the two groups.
