Abstract
Distribution network is an important infrastructure of economic society. It is necessary to optimize the ring network structure reasonably and effectively. In the past, the distribution network optimization did not consider the complementary characteristics of load, which reduced the utilization efficiency of distribution network. Based on Pearson model to determine the load points with complementary characteristics in the ring network, according to the load characteristics of distribution transformer, based on the 0–1 integer programming model to determine the optimal combination of distribution transformer, according to the constructed feeder topology path optimization model, based on the improved Dijkstra algorithm, to complete the determination of the medium voltage distribution network double ring topology structure. The effectiveness of the algorithm is verified by the example, after optimize the utilization ratio and safe operation level of distribution network have been significantly improved.
