Abstract
IDMAR project (Multidisciplinary Infrastructure Distributed on the Sea) deals with the construction of the largest multidisciplinary laboratory for scientific and technological marine research in Europe [1]. A dedicated quality management approach has been developed to cope with all the needs of the project and to improve process efficiency and reliability.
