Abstract
This communication discusses the capabilities of the fourth order Phoenix cell for dual-band reflectarrays. Indeed, simulations show that the four geometrical parameters defining the metallization can be tuned to control the phase at two different frequencies (here for a frequency ratio close to 1.7). A complete 360° phase range is obtained at both frequencies and preliminary guidelines are proposed to design the cell.
