Abstract
A digital imaging system for verification of radiation therapy is described. The main components are a metal/phosphor detector screen which is viewed by a sensitive video camera, and a digital image processor. Enhanced images of the irradiated field are displayed while the treatment is in progress, so that corrections can be made if significant localization errors are detected.ETX
