Abstract
This article describes methods for investigating Hall sensors in neutron fluxes of research nuclear reactors. The work shows the equipment and results of on-line measurements of the electrophysical parameters of Hall sensors in the process of their irradiation with large doses of neutrons. The materials of the sensitive area of the Hall sensors were indium-containing materials of groups III -V, gold nanofilms and monoatomic graphene. The long-term stability of semiconductor sensors under continuous operation in one of the largest fusion reactors Joint European Torus is shown.
