Abstract
The purpose of this research is to investigate angle and force requirements on the upper extremities during the Sports Massage Compression in order to determine optimal table position standards. These standards may be used to reduce biomechanical stress to the body and individual joints and tissues. Real-time contact force, pressure, and angles are measured while subjects compress a surrogate limb at several different table heights.
