Abstract
In this paper, distributed prescribed-time fault-tolerant attitude tracking control problem for multiple spacecraft is investigated under a directed communication topology. Each follower spacecraft is subject to unknown nonidentical and unpredictable actuation faults. By using time transformation approach, a distributed prescribed-time attitude tracking protocol is designed for each follower to track the states of the leader. By using the uniformly bounded time-varying gains, the numerical implementation problem arising from infinite time-varying gain is avoided, and the prescribed time can be determined in advance, irrespective of the initial conditions of the followers, which is deemed favorable in practice. Simulation results are provided to validate the effectiveness of the developed distributed attitude control scheme.
