Abstract
In this paper, a new hybrid integral equation is established to analyze the scattering from thin dielectric sheet and dielectric targets. The computation is insufferable since there are various types and inhomogeneous distributions for vegetation. The PMCHWT integral equation is used to calculate the medium while the TDS is used to analyze the scattering from thin dielectric targets, which can significantly accelerate the calculation. Numerical results are given to demonstrate the accuracy and efficiency of the proposed method.
