Abstract
Rolling is a relatively stable and efficient production method for the preparation of the metal composite. And the calculation of rolling force plays an important role in the process development and application of the metal composite plate. In order to analyze the rolling force of the metal composite plate more accurately, a novel hypothesis is proposed. According to the characteristics of the metal composite plate rolling, the rolling deformation can be divided into forward slip zone and backward slip zone. The calculation results of analytical model are compared with simulated data and the error of calculation results of rolling force is less than ten percent. The analytical model has high precision, can meet the engineering requirements. This paper uses programming language to develop a software interface that facilitates human-computer interaction and the calculation software built according to the analytical model, which is more convenient for manual operation.
