Abstract
In order to avoid unwanted trips and adequate safeguarding measures must now be devised when Micro grids are linked to smart grids. The complex work of adjusting typical relay parameters to Scattered Producer breaches or system changes may be effectively handled by Synthetic Intelligence-based protection. In particular, with reconfigurable smart grids, a novel technique based on neural networks made up of pixels has been shown to provide acceptable safety. This study examines and contrasts both strategies. Furthermore, the limits of the traditional safeguards are examined. The interactions between each Preventive Device in the grid and a contingency strategy that uses the interaction between PDs in the same line are how artificial intelligence protection is implemented. This work goes one step further in validating the protective mechanisms via the use of scaled grid experiments and MATLABTM platform models. The optimum answer was provided by the based on artificial intelligence protection system, which does not need changing its safety configurations and can be adjusted for various grids with outstanding precision and quicker reaction times than traditional protection. In order to support the behavior of defensive methods effectively for the traditional and AI-based safeguards, the reduced grid was created for the smart grid.
