Abstract
This article describes the transformation of smart forklifts in detail, and uses PID algorithm to realize the loading and unloading control analysis of GP containers and smart forklifts. It shows that the unmanned intelligent forklift enters the GP container for side by side and efficient stacking of standard pallets. At present, there is still a blank in the field of fully unmanned intelligent forklift truck entering container tally at home and abroad. In this paper, through the detection of multi-point mixed position information and algorithm design, the loading and unloading mode of unmanned forklift putting two standard pallets side by side in the container is better realized. At the same time, with reference to various domestic and foreign container standards, it provides beneficial technical reference for the method of intelligent forklift unattended handling in container yard. This paper also analyzes the key problems of hardware and software in the design process of standard pallet loading and unloading carried by unmanned forklift trucks.
