Abstract
With the rapid development of information technology, large-scale Internet of things (IoT) is largely applied in different domains. Large-scale IoT poses a great challenge to data sensing and collection, especially outdoor large area monitoring IoT in some unfriendly environment. However, the traditional IoT data acquisition efficiency is low, terrain monitoring limitations, and other deficiencies. Therefore, we propose A solution for Data acquisition of large-scale outdoor IoT based on Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) and dynamic clustering. Firstly, we review the data collection methods for IoT and wireless sensor networks and discuss the UAV-IoT. Secondly, a new large-scale data collection solution of IoT is constructed based on UAV and dynamical clustering. Finally, an experiment is set up, and the proposed solution is verified. The experiment results are showed that the solution can improve the efficiency of data collection.
