Abstract
The development of an individual's potential, as well as the possible contribution to his/her social environment, involves, in certain time in life, choosing an occupation and/or profession according to his/her characteristics, which makes an adequate vocational guidance indispensable. This publication proposes an architecture of a serious game for career guidance supported in Holland's psychological theory. The proposal is presented in such a way that their results can be validated by comparing the results of the game with a traditional method of traditional orientation as is the test O∗ NET.
