Abstract
In the light of the increasing concern for the environment and its protection, this paper presents a subject that is in line with these concerns and that deals with the field of industrial activities where materials are produced by breaking, grinding, cutting, crushing or where powdery bulk materials are used that are transported by conveyor belts and where their discharge and transfer from one belt to another cause the release of dust and harmful pollutants that contaminate the environment. This includes cement plants, civil and industrial construction component manufacturing plants, mining plants, i.e. areas where materials such as cement, sand, coal, lime, gypsum, etc. are handled. This article presents the principles, structure, block diagram and development of an automatic system for dust removal in industrial environments.
