Abstract
In order to evaluate the vehicle's attack performance, an evaluation method based on FWRB test is proposed. The load of vehicle front end collision is collected through load cell wall. The vehicle load is decomposed into four intervals in the vertical and horizontal directions. Weighted normalization is carried out according to the standard and negative deviations of the load. The repeatability of the evaluation method is verified. Based on the FWRB crash tests of twenty vehicles, the test results show that: 80% of the frontend structure of the vehicle meets the requirements of collision load. However, in the horizontal direction, the function of lateral transmission of energy needs to be strengthened.
