Abstract
An all-plasmonic IQ-modulator with a fiber-to-fiber length of $36\ \mu m$ is demonstrated at line-rates up to 200 Gbit/s. All the components: Grating couplers, polarization rotators, splitters and phase shifters are based on metal.
