Abstract
This research paper focuses on the development and implementation of a platform for interactive data visualization using Power BI to present teacher performance effectively. The study proposes a novel approach to data visualization that offers educational stakeholders a visually compelling and user-friendly interface to access and understand teacher performance metrics. The research highlights the importance of effective teacher performance evaluation and the potential benefits of using interactive data visualization platforms. Additionally, the paper discusses the technical implementation and architecture of the developed platform and presents results from a usability study conducted with a group of educational stakeholders. The findings suggest that the interactive data visualization platform having the capacity to significantly improves the accessibility and usefulness of teacher performance data. The study concludes by highlighting the significance of the developed platform for enhancing educational decision-making processes and improving teacher performance. Effective teacher performance evaluation is crucial for raising student success, fostering teacher growth, and improving education as a whole. However, traditional approaches to teacher performance evaluation often rely on manual data analysis and reporting, which can be time-consuming and challenging for educational stakeholders to access and interpret. This research report suggests the development and deployment of an interactive data visualization platform utilizing Power BI to effectively present teacher performance in order to address these issues. The platform provides an intuitive and visually compelling interface for educational stakeholders to access, analyze, and interpret teacher performance metrics in real-time.
