Abstract
Satellites are the backbone of modern communication system. The satellites and its electronic system is exposed to cosmic radiations. If soft errors are caused due to this exposure and system is corrupted, it can result in catastrophe. In present paper a radiation hardened memory cell is proposed along with master checker to increase the reliability of memories used in satellites.
