Abstract
The title compound, C12H22NSi+·Cl−, contains two formula units in the asymmetric unit and is a hydrochloride salt in which the amine N atom is protonated and the NH3+ group forms hydrogen bonds with the Cl− anion, forming a ribbon in the c-axis direction.
