Abstract
Abstract The relationship between acetabular dysplasia and spino-pelvic alignment remains unclear. The aim of this study was to clarify the association between acetabular dysplasia and spino-pelvic alignment, based on a large-scale population-based cohort in Japan. From the third survey of the Research on Osteoarthritis/Osteoporosis Against Disability (ROAD) study, 1,481 participants (491 men and 990 women; mean age, 65.3 years) were analyzed. Center-edge (CE) angle and spino-pelvic parameters (lumbar lordosis, LL; sacral slope, SS; pelvic tilt, PT; pelvic incidence, PI) were measured radiographically. Acetabular dysplasia was defined as a CE angle
