Abstract
We present a therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM) feasibility study using a label-free surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS)-based assay for quantifying methotrexate (MTX) from samples collected from children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia undergoing high-dose MTX therapy.
