Abstract
Complementary multi-omics approach, in silico metabolic flux, and neuroimaging analyses link the sphingolipid pathway to Alzheimer’s disease pathogenesis with therapeutic targets validated using behavioral assessments in amyloidogenic APP/PS1 mice.
