Abstract
The Pediatrics Committee of the Argentine Diabetes Society (SAD) has as its function the development of clinical research work, conferences and courses for diabetologists members of the SAD with extension to professionals dedicated to the comprehensive care of children and adolescents with diabetes. Currently, he is coordinated by Dr. Fabio Palacios Porta and Dr. Adriana Flores in the role of secretary, and 36 members of the Committee are representatives of youth and child medical centers in the different provinces of the country. He has the honorary advice of Dr. Olga Ramos and the consulting of the Dras. Carmen Sylvia Mazza, Blanca Ozuna and Liliana Trifone, important referents of juvenile infant diabetology.
