Abstract
德治思想是儒家的一个重要思想。它要求统治者、在上者率先垂范，以德爱人惠人教人感化人，而不是片面地以道德口号和律条去迫使人民服从。而且儒家认为道德具有独立的崇高的价值。当然德治思想也有其局限性，但比之西方文化和其他政治文化思想，有着独到意义。我们不应该忽视对其进行总结和借鉴，对义利之辨有必要作一简要分析。
The idea of rule of virtue, an important thought of Confucias, requires that the rulers make a good example for people and love and enlighten people by virtue, instead of forcing people to obey in the name of moral and the idea of rule of virtue. However, the idea of rule of virtue has its limitations. Compared with western culture and other cultural thoughts, the idea of rule of virtue has its special significance. We should make efforts to glean and inherit the useful parts and absorb what is still helpful to the modern age.
