Abstract
对日本岛津ICPS-50型单道直读光谱仪在无技术资料的情况下进行了改造升级，首先对其进行全面拆卸剖析，了解仪器的传动机构构造和原理。根据此仪器的具体情况，除保留其单色器和外光路外，其它部分均进行修复和技术改造，其改造内容主要有：传动机构、软件、硬件电路、光源的检修调整等。将这一台不能顺序扫描的低档单道直读光谱仪改造升级为全新水平的顺序扫描直读光谱仪。
The Shimazu Spectrometer ICPS-50 is dismantled to find out the mechanical mechanism as no technical information can be available. Except for the monochromator and external optical path, the precision sine bar system, the software and hardware, and the ICP generator are repaired and ameliorated, so that the old-fashioned instrument is upgraded a spectrometer with sequential scanmong of spectral line of various elements.
