Abstract
以BCl3溶液对用于1-丁烯聚合的Ziegler-Natta催化剂进行改性,通过正交试验考察了n(B)/n(Ti)、反应温度和反应时间对催化剂性能的影响,并研究了各因素对Ti含量、B含量、催化剂活性和聚合物等规指数的影响。BCl3改性催化剂的最佳条件:n(B)/n(Ti)为1,反应温度为60℃,反应时间为2h。改性后的催化剂活性相对未改性时提高了1.4倍。各因素对Ti含量、催化剂活性和聚合物等规指数的影响主次顺序为反应温度,n(B)/n(Ti),反应时间;对B含量的影响主次顺序为反应温度,反应时间,n(B)/n(Ti)。
Ziegler-Natta catalyst for 1-butene polymerization was modified by treatment with BCl3 solu-tion. The influences of the molar ratio of B to Ti, reaction temperature, reaction time, etc. on the performance of the catalyst were studied through the orthogonal experiment. The effects of the factors on the Ti and B content, catalytic activity and isotacticity of the polymer were researched. The activity of the modified catalyst increased by 1.4 times in comparison with that of the untreated one under the following optimal conditions for modification of the catalyst with BCl3: the molar ratio of B to Ti was 1, the reaction temperature was 60 ℃ and the reaction time was 2 h. The factors influencing the Ti content, catalytic activity and isotacticity of the polymer, ranked in descending order were as follows: the reaction temperature, the molar ratio of B to Ti and the reaction time. And the factors influencing the B content ranked in descending order were as follows: the reaction temperature, the reaction time and the molar ratio of B to Ti.
