Abstract
本文在对服务质量特点与质量控制技术对比分析的基础上,构建了涵盖服务设计、服务过程、服务结果等全链条的,政府、服务提供者和消费者多方协作的服务型组织质量控制体系,为促进我国服务型组织的质量提升提供指导。
This paper builds the quality control system of service-oriented organizations, which covers the whole chain such as service design, service provider, results and the different stakeholders such as government, service provider and consumers, in order to promote the quality development of Chinese service-oriented organizations.
