Abstract
基于计算流体力学和对流传热优化的场协同原则,以功率为 1 800 kW 的大型异步电机为例,利用Fluent模拟了大型电机冷却系统在不同风扇安装位置方案下的流体流动和换热过程,通过调整风扇安装位置以改变电机内部空气流动状态,电机风量增加了 25%,绕组温度降低了 15 K,探索了两种方案下电机内部流场和温度场的变化规律,理论和生产实际紧密联系,服务于研发设计,对大型异步电机冷却系统设计和优化具有参考价值.
Based on the principle of computational fluid dynamic and convective heat transfer optimization,Fluent is used to simulate the fluid flow and heat transfer process of a 1800 kW large asynchronous motor cooling system under different installation plans of fan.The internal air flow state is changing with the fan,when the motor air volume increased by 25%,the winding tempera-ture decreased by 15 K.These findings has reference value for the design and optimization of cooling systems for large asynchronous motors.
