Abstract
近年高熵氧化物的出现为研发性能优异的无机非金属材料提供了全新的理念.本文采用固相反应法制备(Ce0.2Pr0.2Nd0.2Sm0.2Y0.2)2O3高熵稀土氧化物粉体,分析煅烧温度对其物相结构及物相转变规律的影响,系统研究该高熵氧化物的显微结构特点.结果表明,当煅烧温度为1300 ℃时,样品已经形成立方结构(Ia-3),但存在少量其他杂相;当煅烧温度为1500 ℃时,形成了具有单相立方结构的(Ce0.2Pr0.2Nd0.2Sm0.2Y0.2)2O3高熵稀土氧化物粉体.Ce、Pr、Nd、Sm、Y和O各元素均匀分布在晶粒中,具有典型的高熵稀土氧化物特征.
In recent years,the emergence of high-entropy oxides provides a novel conception for researching and developing new inorganic materials with excellent performance.In this work,(Ce0.2Pr0.2Nd0.2Sm0.2Y0.2)2O3 high-entropy rare earth oxide powders were prepared by solid phase reaction method.The effect of calcining temperature on the phase structure,phase transition rule and microstructure of(Ce0.2Pr0.2Nd0.2Sm0.2Y0.2)2O3high-entropy oxides powders were systematically studied.The results show that cubic structure(Ia-3)alongside tiny amounts of second phase can be detected in the sample that calcined at 1300 ℃.When the calcination temperature is at 1500 ℃,(Ce0.2Pr0.2Nd0.2Sm0.2Y0.2)2O3 high-entropy rare earth oxide powders with single-phase cubic structure are obtained.Moreover,Ce,Pr,Nd,Sm,Y and O uniformly distribute in the grains,indicating that the as-prepared(Ce0.2Pr0.2Nd0.2Sm0.2Y0.2)2O3 powders have typical characteristics of high-entropy rare earth oxide.
