Abstract
非牛顿流体是指不满足牛顿黏性实验定律的流体,而黏度是流体材料内摩擦的量度,是流体材料重要的物理化学指标之一。对高黏性不透明流体的黏度测量进行了深入的研究,采用落球法通过高精度高灵敏度的传感器以及可编程控制器( PLC)精确地控制,设计了落球式高黏性不透明流体黏度测量装置。通过对不同配比的流体磨料实验结果对比,验证了装置的可行性,进而为流体磨料的理论分析和实验研究提供了支持。
The non-Newtonian fluid is not applicable for the experimental law of Newtonian viscous fluid ,and the viscosity as a measure of the internal friction is one of important physical and chemical indicators in the fluid material .Then conducting an in-depth study on measuring the viscosity of high viscous opaque fluid ,by precise control of highly precision and highly sensitive sensor and PLC ,a drop-ball viscous test device is developed .Comparing the experimental results of different proportions of abra-sive media,test results verify the feasibility of the test device ,and provide support for the theoretical analysis and experimental re-search of abrasive media .
