Abstract
目的 探究 5E学习环教学模式在提升实习护生核心素养中的应用效果.方法 选取 2021 年 9 月至 2022 年 7 月在昆明市某三甲医院泌尿外科实习的 92 名护生作为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组,各 46 名.试验组采用 5E学习环教学模式,对照组采用传统临床实习带教法,比较两组理论考核成绩、护理操作技能、学习满意度及核心素养.结果 试验组理论考核成绩、护理操作技能、学习满意度及核心素养均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义.结论 5E学习环教学模式有助于提高实习护生的理论水平和操作技能,培养核心素养,值得在临床推广.
Objective To explore the application effect of the 5E learning environment teaching model in improving the core literacy of nursing interns.Methods 92 nursing students who interned in the urology department of a tertiary hospital in Kunming from September 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,with 46 students in each group.The experimental group adopts the 5E learning environment teaching mode,while the control group adopts the traditional clinical internship teaching method.The theoretical assessment scores,nursing operational skills,learning satisfaction,and core competencies of the two groups are compared.Results The theoretical assessment scores,nursing operational skills,learning satisfaction,and core competencies of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences.Conclusion The 5E learning environment teaching model is helpful in improving the theoretical and operational skills of nursing interns,cultivating core competencies,and is worth promoting in clinical practice.
