Abstract
目的 了解深圳市南山区淋病奈瑟球菌(NG)感染、生殖道沙眼衣原体(CT)感染和NG/CT共感染流行情况及其危险因素.方法 回顾性分析2017—2019年间参加南山区NG和CT感染筛查项目的24012人的检测结果和基础资料,分析感染在婚前体检人群、社区女性人群、性病相关门诊人群、公安羁押人群和男男性行为人群的流行情况和相关危险因素.结果 NG感染、CT感染和NG/CT共感染在不同人群中感染率不一,且差异有统计学意义(χ2=117.92、113.23和71.56,P均<0.01),总体NG感染率为0.27%,CT感染率为4.51%,共感染率为0.12%.NG感染和CT感染关联强度为17.50(95%CI:10.69~28.64).低年龄组16~24岁(aOR=3.26,95%CI:1.06~10.02)和性病相关门诊人群(aOR=11.14,95%CI:3.06~40.51)是共感染的危险因素.结论 南山区NG和CT感染率处于较高水平,亟需对各人群开展NG和CT感染的全面综合防治.
Objective To investigate the prevalence of Neisseria gonorrhoeae (NG), Chlamydia trachomatis (CT) and NG/CT coinfection and the risk factors in Nanshan District, Shenzhen City. Methods From 2017 to 2019, a total of 24012 subjects attended the NG/CT screening program in Nanshan District. The test results and baseline data were collected and used for the retrospective analysis of the prevalence of NG, CT and NG/CT coinfection, as well as the risk factors related to the NG/CT coinfection in following populations: premarital medical examination population, community women population, sexually transmitted disease related clinic population, population in custody, and men who have sex with men. Results The prevalence rates of NG, CT and NG/CT coinfection were significantly different among populations(χ2=117.92,113.23 and 71.56,P all<0.01). The total prevalence rates of NG, CT and NG/CT coinfection were 0.27%, 4.51% and 0.12%, respectively. The intensity of association between NG infection and CT infection was 17.50(95%CI:10.69-28.64). Lower age group of 16-24 years old,(aOR=3.26, 95%CI:1.06-10.02) and sexually transmitted disease related clinic population(aOR=11.14, 95%CI:3.06-40.51) were the risk factors for NG/CT coinfection. Conclusions NG infection and CT infection are highly prevalent in Nanshan District, and a comprehensive prevention and control project for NG and CT infection is urgent in populations.
