Abstract
原因:我国引进高端海归人群的规模及多样性的增加,海外高端人才引进成效及其影响因素的研究变得日益重要。目的:为海外高端人才引进的理论与实践研究提供借鉴。做法:借用个体行为后果分析的“能力-意愿-机会”模型,阐述海外高端人才的能力构成与识别、意愿形态与激发、机会获取与利用等内在机理,厘清影响海外高端人才绩效发挥的基本条件框架,分析各条件元素之间逻辑关系的理论含义和实践意义。
The scale and diversity of introduced high-end returnees talent in our country are increas-ing,and the research of the introduction effect and its influencing factors of high-end returnees talent becomes increasingly important.To provide a reference for the theory and practice of the introduction of high-end returnees talents,referencing to the “Capacity-Willingness-Opportunity”model,we ana-lyzed the mechanism including the composition,identification,will form and excitation,access and use of opportunity of the capacity of high-end returnees talent to clarify the basic condition framework of influencing the performance of high-end returnees talent and to analyze the logic relationship among the condition elements and its signification in theory and practice.
