Abstract
将协同创新应用在节能环保装备产业上,是改变目前节能环保产业亏本状态、突破自身短板制约获得更好发展的最有效途径.节能环保装备产业应加强产学研用紧密结合,共同攻关节能环保领域的技术壁垒,完善配套政策机制,加速将技术实力转化为经济实力,促进节能环保产业发展.以四川省为例,介绍产学研用协同创新在节能环保装备产业上的应用,包括节能环保装备产业协同创新的现状、存在的问题,并根据现状和问题提出改善和促进节能环保装备产业协同创新的建议.
The application of collaborative innovation in the industry of energy-saving and environmental protection equipment is the most effective approach to change the current situation of energy-saving and environmental protection industry without profitable and break their own short board to achieve a better development.The industry of energy-saving and environmental protection equipment should strengthen the combination of produce,learn,research and forthputting,get over the barrier of technology in field of energy-saving and environmental protection equipment together,improve the supporting policy mechanism,accelerate the transformation of technological strength into economic strength,promote the development of the industry of energy-saving and environmental protection.Taking Sichuan Province as an example,the paper introduced the application of collaborative innovation in the industry of energy-saving and environmental protection equipment,including the current situation and the existing problems of the application of collaborative innovation in the industry of energy-saving and environmental protection equipment,then gave some suggestions to promote the application of collaborative innovation in the industry of energy-saving and environmental protection equipment.
