Abstract
打造一支具有较高专业素质、学术水平和管理能力的干部教育专业培训师队伍是中国延安干部学院创新培训组织管理的一项开拓性工作。通过理论研究、经验总结和实践锻炼,要使专业培训师具备培训设计策划能力、组织管理能力、教学培训实施能力、教学培训评估能力和培训保障能力,兼具设计师、管理师、催化师和评估师四方面的职责和能力,发挥其在干部教育培训工作中的独特作用,从而推动干部教育培训组织管理创新。
China Executive Leadership Academy,Yan’an sets it as a pioneering task in innovating its organi-zation of and management over cadre education and training to foster a team of professional trainers on cadre educa-tion,who are excellent academically and in management. A professional trainer should be capable of devising and designing training plans,organizing and managing the training,implementing teaching and training,making ap-praisals and offering support for the training. In a word,(s)he should be capable of playing the roles of a desig-ner,manager,facilitator and appraiser,so as to play a unique part in cadre education and training,and hence pro-mote innovation in organizing and managing the education and training.
