Abstract
复杂段构图案织物在打样过程中普遍存在图案歪斜现象,纠正图案需要多次重新计算工艺及打样.为快速校准生产工艺、缩短研发周期,提出一种复杂段构图案织物的校准方法并开发应用软件.校准软件通过比对织物照片与预期图案,校准工艺偏差.校准后的织物图案准确、几乎无偏斜现象.结果表明,校准软件能有效校准复杂段构图案织物,快速解决织物图案歪斜问题.
The phenomenon of pattern skew is common in the design process of complex patterned fabrics consisting of yarn struc-tures.Correcting the pattern requires multiple recalculations and weaving.In order to quickly calibrate the production process and shorten the development cycle,a calibration method for complex patterned fabrics consisting of yarn structures was proposed and the software was developed.The calibration software calibrated process deviations by comparing the fabric photo with the expected pat-tern.The calibrated fabric pattern was accurate and virtually skew-free.The results showed that the calibration software could effec-tively calibrate complex patterned fabrics consisting of yarn structures and quickly solve the problem of skewed fabric patterns.
