Abstract
目的 探究新型微动力负压引流海绵材料联合碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)对糖尿病足创面治疗效果.方法 收集 2019 年 10 月至 2023 年 10 月,上海海华医院 120 例难治性糖尿病足创面的患者,随机分为3 组(40 例/组),分别进行基础护理治疗(A组),基础护理治疗联合应用新型微动力负压引流材料治疗(B组),基础护理治疗联合新型微动力负压引流材料和bFGF治疗(C组).比较三组难治性创面的愈合时间,愈合面积以及相应的细胞学变化.结果 在临床效果方面,A,B和C三组愈合面积2周愈合面积无显著性差异(P=0.491),在术后4周和6周时,C组高于B组,B组高于A组(P=0.043,4周,P=0.032,6 周).而三组的创面愈合时间,C组高于B组,B组高于A组(P=0.022).而在细胞学方面,炎症细胞数,新生毛细血管数目,成纤维细胞以及透明质酸含量,A组同时优于B和C两组.结论 新型微动力负压引流海绵材料联合bFGF治疗糖尿病足创面是一种较理想的方法.
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the new micro dynamic vacuum sealing drainage sponge material in combination with the bFGF to cure the wound of diabetes foot.Methods 120 patients of refractory wounds from October 2019 to October 2023 in Shanghai Haihua hospital were enrolled and divided into 3 groups(40 patients for each group).A group:basic nursing treatment;B group:the application of the new micro dynamic vacuum sealing drainage sponge material after basic nursing treatment;C group:new micro dynamic vacuum sealing drainage sponge material in combination with the bFGF after basic nursing treatment.The researchers collected and compared the healing time,healing area and the related cell and tissue difference among the three groups.Results In the healing effect aspect,the healing areas of C group were greater than the A and B group in the 4 weeks and 6 weeks post-operation(P(4w)()=0.043,P(6w)()=0.032).For the total healing time,C group was greater than the A and B group(P =0.022).Researchers also obtained the same results in terms of cell and tissue results.Conclusions the new micro dynamic vacuum sealing drainage sponge material in combination with the bFGF to cure the wound of diabetes foot were effective.
