Abstract
GD-23菌株是降解烃类的细菌,经鉴定为假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas-sp.).该菌株在以原油为碳源的培养基中伴随菌体的生长产生一种对原油有乳化作用的物质,用弱酸阳离子交换树脂(H+)可从原油发酵液中提取出来,理化分析表明,该乳化物质为一种水溶性的糖脂,其主要化学组分由C10脂肪酸和鼠李糖构成.
The oil-degrading Pseudomonas sp. strain GD-23 produced an extracellular emulsifying agent when grown on crude oil medium containing inorganic salts. The growth of the bacterium was accompanied by emulsification of crude oil in the growth medium. A water-soluble light yellow emulsifier has been extracted from the crude oil culture fluid by weak acid cation exchange column chromatography. Physical and chemical analyses indicate that the emulsifier is a glycolipid consisting of fatty acid and rhamnose.
