浅谈全面自费后研究生奖学金制度 / Graduate student scholarship system after all their own expenses

Abstract
以南邮为例，从2014级研究生入学起，考上南邮的研究生每人都要缴学费上学，硕士生8000元一年，博士生10000元一年，伴随着这个全面自费政策的同时，是研究生学业奖学金制度开始实行。作为评奖的见证者与参与者，笔者发现收费制度与奖学金制度确实对促进研究生的学风及科研工作有一定的刺激作用，但是也存在一些无法忽视的问题，本文试图从育人的角度谈谈理解和看法。
Taking Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications for example, from the class of 2014 graduate school, every graduate should pay tuition, master 8000 yuan a year, doctor 10000 yuan a year, with the overal expense policy, graduate school scholarship system began to carry on. As the award of a witness and participant, the author found that charging system and scholarship system have some certain stimulation to promote the study style of study and research work, but there are also some problems that can not be ignored, this paper talk about some understanding from the perspective of education.
