Abstract
油气田水下生产系统液压控制系统多数采用长脐带缆液压驱动完成,由于长行程积累的液阻大、能耗损失大.提出一种利用长脐带缆的液容储能特性优化设计其液压系统流量的方法,对长脐带缆精确分布参数模型进行分析推导,从而最大限度地降低长脐带缆供、回油过程的流动阻力,提高水下生产系统的驱动效率.最后以我国某油气田某井口为例,对供油管路系统进行了阻尼匹配优化设计和仿真,仿真结果与实际非常吻合.
In most offshore oilfields, hydraulic actuators of sub-sea production systems are controlled locally but the power supply and tank are still located in the platform above sea level.In this paper, a flow-rate optimal de-sign method is put forward, via the capacitance effect of the long umbilical hydraulic pipes between the platform and SDU (sub-sea distribution unit), to reduce the cost of these umbilical pipes.Through the precise distributed parameter model of the umbilical hydraulic pipes, the resistance along the long pipe could be reduced to its mini-mum value, and the total driving efficiency could be enhanced.Simulation results show that the damping match design rules agree with a certain sub-sea product device of offshore oilfield in South China Sea.
