Abstract
为探讨区域工业用水量变化的主导因素,以安徽省为例,采用对数平均迪氏指数法(LMDI)建立了工业用水恒等式,将工业用水影响效应划分为工业节水效应、经济规模效应、产业结构效应和用水强度效应,对安徽省2003-2011年总体及逐年的工业行业用水变化分别进行了因素分解计算和分析。结果表明,安徽省工业用水增长的主导促进因素是工业经济规模的增长,抑制因素主要是行业用水强度的不断下降,同时工业节水效应和产业结构效应也具有一定的抑制作用。研究成果可为制定安徽省工业用水规划提供决策依据。
In order to recognize the main factors that affect the regional industry water use, taking Anhui Province as an example, an industrial water use identity is constructed by the method of Logarithmic Mean Divisia Index(LMDI). The effect of industrial water use is firstly classified as water conservation effect, economies scale effect, industrial structure effect and water use intensity effect, then the overall trend and yearly changes during the period of 2003-2011 for Anhui's industrial water use is decomposed and calcu-lated by LMDI. The results show that the expansion of economic scale is the most important factor for the increase of Anhui's industrial water use, and the decrease of water use intensity effect is much vital to in-hibit industrial water use growth. Meanwhile, water conservation effect and industrial structure effect also have some negative influence. The conclusions can provide reference for the planning of Anhui's industrial water use.
