Abstract
环氧自流平因具有表面洁净光洁、整体性好、耐磨、耐压、耐腐蚀、耐酸碱性、防静电、寿命持久等特点,在水电站厂房地面上被大面积涂刷使用.但是随着一些因素的影响,环氧自流平地面出现空鼓、起壳、起皮、开裂等现象,严重影响着水电站厂房的形象面貌,对此从环境、施工、人为3个方面分析了环氧自流平破损的原因,并对破损的处理进行了详细的阐述.
Epoxy self leveling is widely applied on the ground of hydroelectric power plants due to its characteristics of clean and smooth surface,good integrity,wear resistance,pressure resistance,corrosion resistance,acid and alkali resistance,anti-static,and long service life.However,with the influence of some factors,the epoxy self leveling ground exhibits phenomena such as hollowing,peeling,cracking,which seriously affects the appearance of the hydroelectric power plant building.This paper analyzes the causes of epoxy self leveling damage from three aspects:environment,construction,and human factors,and provides a detailed explanation of the handling of the damage.
