Abstract
清代医家黄元御提出“土枢四象，一气周流”的独特医学思想。本文从儒道两家经典文献入手，考镜其学术思想形成。发现河图洛书的生化制化，《黄帝内经》五运六气的主气司化和从化，《易经》象数思维，及《道德经》以土为母等各家学说，对黄元御学术思想的形成产生根本影响。
Doctor Huang Yuanyu put forward a special medical thought that the earth element is the dominant element and controls other four elements so that Qi can cycle in the body.Based on classical literature of Confucianism and Taoism,this research tried to find out the formation of Huangs academic thought.The following has had fundamental influence in shaping Huangs academic thinking:Hetu Luoshus biological transformation,the five circuits and six qi as well as qi dominant transformation in Huangdi Neijing (Huangdis Internal Classic),the idea of Xiang and Shu in Yi Jing,the thinking of earth as mother in Dao De Jing.
