Abstract
股骨头缺血性坏死(osteonecrosis of the femoral head,ONFH)是股骨颈骨折的主要并发症,发病率高.ONFH诊断往往不及时,多数患者发现时股骨头已经塌陷、变形,导致髋关节活动障碍,严重影响患者生存质量.ONFH早期诊断十分重要,该文对股骨颈骨折术后ONFH的相关因素与早期诊断研究现状进行综述.
